Single room was small but had everything needed. No air con which I knew about when booking but the room was very hot even through was not a particularly hot March day. Might be very warm in summer. Window only opened a small way.

I enjoyed my stay at Sonder. The area is really quiet and safe and super close to public transports and restaurants. The rooms are small but it’s enough for one person.

Great neighbourhood and comfortable

This is a great hotel as it is in a very neighbourhood, close to the underground, within walking distance of the South Kensington museums and some nice places to eat. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, had coffee and tea facilities, and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was included, although it is fairly simple buffet, but certainly more than enough. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not a huge fan

The rooms were great, but I hate the fact I had to create ana account to check in to the rooms. The water also had issues as it would not stay hot. There is also a charge to make up the room which I have never seen before?

I only stayed for two nights. Room size is small especially bathroom but the overall price is great for short stay. The staff was nice and helpful when I have reported that the radiator seemed not working in the room, they provided the probable heater, and offered a compensation of late checkout.

7 minute walk to closest train station. Rooms are pretty good size, but bathroom is small, especially the shower. Wasn’t able to control temperature in room but luckily the temperature was fine for our stay.

Had a nice stay at the Sonder for a weekend away. Short walk from Gloucester Road tube station which was easy to get into central London for the day. Easy check in on the app meaning no interaction with staff, entrance to the building and hotel room using a room key from my iPhone. Great feature. Beds were two singles put together with king bedding on and I felt like I was falling through the gap occasionally during the night. Shower tray was damaged with scuffs - originally thought it was hairs from a previous guest but on further inspection it was severely damaged by something sharp. Caused no issue to use the shower though. Small amount of tea and coffee in the room, however you could go to the lounge by the entrance and pick up more bits and bobs for your use. Take-away cups also available to make a drink to takeaway with you. Room was clean and no issues to report.
