Nice hotel in Bayswater. The room and the hotel was clean and modern. It was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. The weather in London was very hot, so we loved stepping into the cool, air conditioned room every evening. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel and staff were great. Nicely renovated and in a good spot. My one complaint was that it was quite noisy. The hallway doors let a lot of noise through and we couldn’t figure out what kept happening at night, sound of garbage bins being rolled nearby maybe? I woke up each night at least twice upon hearing this noise.

In a great area that was super conveniently located ten minute walk to paddington station. So much to do nearby too. Hotel room had plenty of everything and more stocked in lobby to be able to grab when needed. Liked the convenience of not having housekeeping and being able to come and go using the app as our key.

One of the elevators was out of order while we were there which was slightly inconvenient as the elevators are quite small to begin with. Other than that we had a great stay. The bathroom had heated floors and the room was large and comfortable.

Hotels to remember when booking travel

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and centrally located with easy access to the tube. Access to storage before check in time allows us more time to explore. Block out curtains heated bathroom floor and access to room supplies where also à bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay here. There was staff of site at the front desk in case I needed anything but I just used the app chat feature for support. Check in and check out was super easy. Everything was contactless as they had essentials in a cabinet in the lobby that you could get. Unfortunately, if you do want to get your hotel room cleaned, there is a small fee. The hotel is right next to Kensington Gardens making it easy for a morning stroll. There were multiple stations within walking distance making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The room itself isn't large but was enough for me with space to walk around even with an open suitcase on the floor. My bathroom had heated floors which you could adjust the settings to as well. You can slightly hear the train outside but it honestly didn't keep me up or anything. It was a faint sound. The only issue for me was the bed is more firm and the pillows are on the flatter side. As a side sleeper, it was a little rough but I didn't ask for any more pillows or to see if there were mattress pads.

Muito bom!

Hotel excelente. Muito limpo, confortável e bem localizado. Fornecem chás e cafés como cortesia. Apesar de não ter café da manhã incluso, tem uma cafeteria no próprio hotel que pertence a uma brasileira. Também tem uma cafeteria na mesma rua, além de um restaurante grego com comida deliciosa!

It was fine

The room was quite small and often cold, the staff did there best to accommodate my request, to have the room cleaned after I found a dirty q-tip on the floor and hair on the bed. They also had to keep setting the heat for us downstairs because the meter in our room didn’t work. The neighbor was great! Would I stay there gain…. Probably yes!

Clean and bright in quiet part of London

Good location but some train noise in room. Clean and bright, on nice street wtih a few shops and a cafe nearby. Didn't like having to send photo ID and going through facial verification App just to book it. They send a code to get in but there was someone on Reception once I'd got in. A few issues with in-room appliances but comfy bed, good shower.
