Surprisingly modern hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable with all the facilities you need and were serviced every day with fresh linen. Good breakfast choice in a clean / modern area and at a reasonable price. Great location within a very short walk to the tube station and plenty of cafes and bars to choose from. We would recommend to any of our family and friends 👍

My friend and I were in London for the ultimate girls trip to go see Beyonce in concert. We checked in and the room was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and old blood on the sheets. They came to change the sheets but there was stuff everywhere. I was supposed to get an email from management to resolve the situation but I haven’t gotten any type of communication.

Surprising and comfortable

Hotel was easy to find and mostly clean. The bed was in a corner so only one of us could get in from the side. No alcohol or pork was a bit of a surprise. Car park was brilliant.

Another great stay at the Southgate Hotel. This has been our ‘go to’ hotel in London over the last year or so. Highly recommend the breakfasts here too - sets you up brilliantly for the day! We’ll be back again later this summer….
