Hotel was lovely, got upgraded without asking. Very busy at check in/out. Luxury chocolates left in our room. The only real negative comment is the lift. It was so slow and only 1 to service the whole hotel. There are notes to acknowledge there is an issue and it’s been worked on however, we didn’t fancy walking up and down 7 flights of stairs. Would definitely come back

Absolutely loved my experience here. Super courteous staff, amazing location, great food and amenities. The only thing that I struggled with was the television and the internet. YouTube was not working properly and there was no Netflix or Prime available. I was only there for one night so didn’t request it to be fixed either. But I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it.

Superb property with excellent amenities, location and restaurants. Our upgraded rooms overlooking the courtyard was breathtaking. One of our rooms was above an underground train line making it somewhat noisy with vibrations from time to time. Friendly staff and short stay (one day) made the minor issues very tolerable. Will stay here again.

Would highly recommend the Taj. My wife and I had never been to London before, and we can't imagine a better location to stay. High end hotel in a high end and very walkable area of central London. Buckingham Palace literally three blocks away. Walk to almost everything, uber to everything else.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast. We stayed in the family room as 4 adults. The room was lovely and big. Bath and shower could do with being replaced, and we found a dirty plaster on the lamp which was removed by maintenance. They left complementary wine and a little birthday cake as we were celebrating a birthday. Would stay again.
