BABY COT:
We can provide a baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') upon request.

Please note that this service is available for a surcharge and requires at least 48 hours' notice. However, it's important to keep in mind that the travel cot comes with a thin mattress and we follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to add any extra mattress or padding for safety reasons.

Also, please note that we don't provide baby bedding for the travel cot.

A GUARANTEED LATE CHECK-OUT:

We would recommend that you secure a guaranteed late check-out by booking an additional night following your intended departure date. This way, we can ensure that the apartment remains available, allowing you to check out at your preferred time.

UNAUTHORISED LATE CHECK OUT / CHECK-IN

Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.

PARTIES / GATHERING

No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £300 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
