Great location just few minutes off the trendy Exmouth Market. 5-star accommodation with a very large 75 inch screen TV and 5.1 sound, high-end Delonghi coffee machine, a sodastream machine, a miele tumble dryer, well equipped kitchen, a beauty station, drying room, heating mirror, luxurious bed and mattresses (super king), alexa and smart lights, electric curtains.
Very close to the Waitrose and Tesco (litteraly seconds away), some of the main groceries store in the UK.

The entrance is equipped with a large wall mounted furniture where guest can suspend their coat, and seat on a bench to put their shoes,. When you enter the house a sensor will automatically detect your entrance and turn on the lights.
Your room is equipped with smart lights that can change colors based on the mode you select. You have a large super king bed, a feature wall, curtains and blinds to get pitch black sleep, a very large wardrobe, a TV in the wardrobe and a beauty station.
The living room is equipped with a very large Samsung TV QLED of 75inch. And 5.1 speakers KEF. You have a very large sofa to seat and a nice coffee table in the middle. You also have a heating mirror which is quite nice to stand in front when you get from the outside..
The kitchen is well equiped with different branded machine (either Delonghi or Siemens). The coffee machine allows you to do different receipes such as Latte, Hot Chocolate, Coffee etc..., you also have a sodastream. Otherwise you have the basics: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler.
You have 2 bathrooms, one ensuite and one larger bedroom. The ensuite bedroom is equipped with an dehumidifier and the large one is equipped with a tumber dryer.

Please note I only rent the place from time to time when I travel which is why the flat is not available for most dates and why there is not so many reviews of the place.
Please also note that when I am in the place I stay with a cat. Of course the cat will not be there during your stay and the place will be cleaned before, but it could be that for the first few days of your stay you may notice that a cat was living there.
A list of all the commands programmed in Alexa for you has been listed in the instructions book of the house. For example how to control the curtains by voice and or the lights.

Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Pyhän Paavalin katedraali. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille 2 kylpyhuonetta ja pyykinpesukoneen.
