Quiet 2 Bed Flat near Tower Bridge with lots of natural light. Guests get the entire place to themselves. Comes with a fully furnished living room with modern decor and a sofa bed. Perfect place for family, friends or business colleagues to relax & enjoy their own company. Fully equipped kitchen - you can cook while away from home! Plenty of local shops & places to eat including Borough market, Bermondsey St with all it’s attractions & hidden local gem: Maltby Street Market - down the road!
Flat is located on the 6th floor - there is a lift available.
TV comes with Amazon Fire Stick.
Extendable dining table - originally fits 4 people but can extend to fit 6 people. Extra chairs are stored in the flat.
Tassimo coffee machine is available.

Free parking available for 1 car - it is a "first come, first serve basis" (no guarantee to reserve a space).

The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
