Room 142 next to all the outside generators and machinery. Very noisy. Didn't sleep. Asked to move, receptionist wouldn't do this. Breakfast was ok. Wouldn't go back.

The internet was ok. Very nice, clean room. Very expensive by Canadian standards. There was one man who worked at the registration desk who just never smiled. But everyone else was very friendly. Security could be better. We would definitely stay again.

Would not stay again.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. No air con. Unable to open window so too hot to sleep. Would have been over 25C. Lots of air ambulances arriving at UCLH so periodically very noisy. Double room tiny, only get past bottom of the bed by shuffling sideways. Socket for kettle and usb ports didn’t work For some bizarre reason the light switch for bedside lights was in headboard behind pillows. Despite being clean too many negatives so would not return.
