Very convenient location. 5 minutes from Russell square station and 10 minutes from Euston. Check in was easy using the Shackle App which saved a lot of time. Hotel itself is well presented and breakfast is very good with lots of selection. We had a twin room which looked a little tired (scuff marks on the walls and loose floorboards) but it was very clean and the beds were comfy. The facilities were also very good with a smart tv, refreshments and free wifi. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming, Reasonably priced hotel.

Service was good throughout. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and nice open space. Beds were perfect. Bathroom and room very small. Bring your own washrag and lotion. Convenient with many fun local restaurants. Quick bus access to theatre district, Thames boats, etc. Would stay here again!

Nice, quaint (read: small) rooms. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Shower head was a bit on the holding-back side and needed replacement. It was squirting more than a steady stream. Not really room for carry on and personal item for two people in a two people room That would be my only complaint. They do hold your luggage for free and the checkout is early so you can take advantage of that and still roam a little.
