Beautiful property in Kensington on the Piccadilly line, easily able to access all the site via the underground. Breakfast was included and was excellent every morning. The neighborhood is safe and not crowded.

We had a fantastic stay! We are two adults traveling with our 4-year-old child. The location is perfect — the subway is right outside the door. Housekeeping was excellent; our room always looked spotless and well-arranged every time we returned. The only downside was that breakfast, early check-in, and the extra bed for our child were quite expensive.

The most value of this hotel are the staff members. They truly do their best and go out of their ways to accomodate your needs. Upon check-in and later after that, we had total of three inquiries, and the staff were extremely responsive. As of the property, the location is very good. Nice options to eat in 5 or 15 minutes walking distance. The tube station next door was very helpful for us. We can also confirm the hotel's claim of using top-quality towels and sheets – they were indeed excellent. The only drawback for our family was the king-size bed, which consisted of two double mattresses pushed together. Our child found the center uncomfortable due to the firmer edges of the individual mattresses, making it unsuitable for three people.
