A friendly, comfortable place at a decent price

Check in was easy and friendly. The room was super hot so we opened the windows. As we were in a corner room, we were worried about it being too noisy. But the room soon cooled down and we could close the windows and not hear much street noise. The breakfast was fine - nothing special but it saved us spending more on brunch. The room was clean and had everything we needed - if a bit needing a few touch ups.

City London Hotel

Nice small hotel. Very reasonably priced and a few nice touches such as inclusive breakfast, free water/juice and sweets in reception. The staff on reception were very welcoming. Location is good - short walk to London Bridge area and easy to get into the heart of the city.

Lovely stay with a welcoming team

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and really flexible with my unavoidable late arrival. Bed was comfy and cozy, and shower was hot and powerful. Just what i needed! Well positioned for south side of the city with a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and another 15-20 mins and you're in Leicester Sq or Covent Garden! Nice touch with the complementary fruit and water

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated, it’s quite considering how close to central London you are, the beds are lovely and comfortable and the rooms are a fab size and clean. Can’t fault it

Great price hotel

The staff at the hotel made our stay! They were all very friendly and so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were thoughtful touches of fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Waterloo, so very convenient. We didn't sleep well as there was quite a lot of noise from other hotel residents and outside the hotel, however we were only there one night so it didn't matter. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and in a relaxed setting. A great price for the location.

Clean rooms and Friendly Staff
