It’s an absolute gem , very clean big place with exceptionally friendly professional efficient staff . Great gym and spectacular swimming pool . Steam room and sauna are great too. The staff here are fake and rude. If you’re not a wealthy person from a specific part of the world - expect to be treated like dirt. Too bad bc it’s a nice place. I spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels and this place stands out for rude staff and poor management,
