The hotel was in a great location and had an amazing staff. The only real downfalls were the fact that the bed and pillows were extremely stiff/hard, and also that you could see directly thru the glass door that leads to the toilet.

Took a bit of getting used to using an app to open all the doors but otherwise, it was a good stay-close to the tube and restaurants, highly recommend if you need a base while in London!
