Very high end, beautiful hotel. When I booked the room it showed a bathtub. The photos of the room made it look much larger. It was very small. We had to shimmy between the tv console and the bed. No tub and the shower absolutely soaked the entire bathroom floor every shower. The room we were given was next to the service room/elevator. The noise started at 0800 so don’t plan of sleeping in. Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel. Good drinks. Food at the restaurant was overrated. We tried to order breakfast at the bar but the restaurant was out of service.

Great staff all around especially breakfast team , good room and great location The phone signal in the room is so bad the hotel needs to invest in an IBS it's very annoying. The noise also some of the neighoring rooms are disrespectful and wish hotel manages this better

Sisters trip

This hotel did not disappoint! The room was spacious and comfortable, a little outdated. The hotel bar was very nice, good vibes. Francesco, the doorman, was super friendly and gave good recommendations for things to do. The location is amazing, close to shops and many landmarks. We would definitely stay there again.
