Hotel great, service in hotel great, cleanliness - immaculate, breakfast - lovely, bar - wow but on check out the receptionist did not have a clue and had to be helped. If you are in a 5 star on a busy morning checkout and I know people Need to train get them Supervision or put them on when it’s quieter. An amazing weekend ruined by 1 thing

Great place to be

Love the Mayfair and its neighborhood. Close to the tube, great dining, shopping and even a grocery across the street. The staff are super accommodating and the taxis are always available. Great for theater, runs to dinner where you may be more dressed up. Otherwise easy to walk most places or take the tube.

Good property and very good location. The service and staff is all good. Except the lay out of sofa bed which is very close to the bed, and I can barely pass. I banged my feet a couple times at night. Also the shower cubicle has no door which cause the water to splatter all over the place. Should just add the a glass door for the shower.

The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide array of buffet items. Air conditioning works well in the public areas but not in portions of the overall building which can get quite hot in the summer.
