Excellent, would stay again. Impeccably behaved and courteous staff. Large room with queen bed - in South Ken! Room could have been swept better, and you need a PhD in European showerology to work the knobs in the shower. Also there is a “secret” button to turn on the aircon. Sneaky. Breakfast was expensive but excellent.

The staff was extremely nice and the food was great! The hotel was located in a convenient location where you can walk to restaurants and shops. You felt like you were part of the Royal family when you stayed at the hotel which was near foreign embassies. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to walk to historical sites, shopping and restaurants near the hotel.

LOVE this hotel. Most notably, the staff was stellar, there’s no carpeting and the coffee maker in the room kept me satisfied. Highly recommend staying here. We could walk to Hyde Park, Prince Albert Hall, dining and cafes.
