The room was immaculate. The air conditioning was brilliant and very easy to use. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return, the hotel was in a lovely spot for bars, pubs, restaurants etc. and only a 5-10 minute walk from Tottenham Court underground station.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had made a comment online about my previous stay, saying that a fridge in the room would have been good and when I came back they gave me an upgraded room with a fridge already in it. Very impressive! Great central location, too. I will be back!

Overall my stay was good. Clean room, helpful staff at lobby. Improvements could be made by soundproofing since I was able to hear anything passing by in the corridor as well as putting a mini fridge to cool waters. Last but not least water pressure in the showers need to be much more powerful. It was mere trickles.

The hotel is a true hidden gem in central London. The room was recently renovated, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a quiet and relaxing stay despite the central location. Situated in Fitzrovia, it’s ideal for exploring Soho, the West End, and key London attractions, all within easy walking distance, while still being tucked away in a calmer, safe, and less crowded area.
