Location was great. No mini fridge in room. Loud street if that’s something that concerns you. Have luggage storage but process is a joke. Has multiple staff members just hanging out in the lobby, only one person helping luggage storage. Waited 15 minutes just to get no where.

Nice foyer/reception area. Room dated & noisy. No shower mat, my wife unfortunately slipped in bath (room 1305) had a nasty fall, hit her head & has bruising all down her left side.

Excellent Staff and Clean Facilities

We were very satisfied with our experience. It is a very large hotel so there's quite a bit of activity, but there was plenty of staff and every one we engaged with was friendly and helpful. As we were traveling from the US and were leaving for France next, we booked it for convenience to the international train, and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation.

At breakfast, we were allocated a table and reserve put on it, we fetched teas/coffee and cutlery then went to get hot food. As we got back to ‘our’ table the full cups of tea/coffee and cutlery had been removed and someone else was about to be given the table! Very poor management and allocation of tables!

This is a huge hotel equipped to handle many large tour groups at the same. The room was adequate; small, but clean, with decent beds and an ensuite washroom. The pub and restaurants at street level were convenient, and the location was great. The major drawback was long delays at the elevators when the tour groups arrived.

Loved the location of this hotel. The room was basic but comfortable and whilst the staff were not overly friendly, they weren't rude either. I'll probably stay here again when I visit London next.

Great Location

We were happy with the location, right near transportation, Russel Square and Museums we wanted to visit, plus it was surrounded by lots on International restaurants in the neighborhoods close by. It offered very comfortable beds, a nice large modern, clean bathroom, enough room to store all our baggage and be able to walk in our rooms and it was very quiet. We used the safe, but felt the room was very secure.

Terrible service. Bed not made up for child with no bedding to do ourselves. Finally the came at midnight after asking for hours for them to come. Breakfast okay but very busy had to queue to get in. Disappointed as used to often come here as a child with my family
