Very nice hotel? Very attentive staff, apart from the doorman today (he was grumpy) but he was very pleasant yesterday, so maybe a long few days for him. Overall very impressed with the staff at this hotel, it actually really makes the difference. Lovely ambience in the lounge area too.

Service at the front desk and door was good. Bed and room is on the smaller size, didn't feel like a true king size bed and more of a small queen. Room was quiet and was overall good, would say it's more of a four star room than a five star room. Found a small food/blood stain on one of the pillows at night, so moved it to the side. For elderly or people with mobility issues, the bed in this room is quite low and the front doors are on the heavier side.
