The shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes of colourful Queensway are just one street away. You`re also just a fifteen-minute walk from Notting Hill`s internationally renowned shopping and the famous Portobello Market.
You`ll have excellent tube links - being one street away from the Queensway (Central Line) and Bayswater (Central and District Lines), so you can jaunt to Bond Street, Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road very easily.

This property is on the 1st floor which means in the UK you go in on ground floor and up 1 flight of stairs to the property door. Once inside the property is over 2 levels with the bedrooms being upstairs.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
