Very comfortable - would stay again

Very clean hotel that felt modern and fresh. Location is super convenient - walkable to anywhere within West End, and very close to Holborn tube station. There was a small issue with the curtains in my room, so they changed my room without fuss. Room I stayed in was very small; fine for a solo traveller with small luggage, but would be tricky for two people or if you have a big suitcase. Bed was quite hard, but that may be a personal preference thing.

this is right across the street from the holborn station tube and i was able to travel anywhere i wanted to see. hotel is clean and staff are so friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The hotel is very close to the Holborn Station underground which comnects you with London and Heathrow airport very easily. The room is simply functional. It is very small. I was by myself but it would be hard for me to imagine two people in the room. This was my first time in London and I learned that wash cloths, mini refrigerator, microwave, etc are not typically supplied in England. There was also no iron and ironing board in the room. The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet. The hotel felt very safe. I was also told that the continental breakfast wasn't provided with my room and I would have to pay extra. The hotel did have a menu of food that you could order. I never tried it while I was there. You are also within walking distance of many attractions. If you are just looking for a clean comfortable room with no frills I would recommend it

Good but the breakfast not the best

Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast just needed a bit more healthy choices as not everyone wants bread or pastries. Not much hot food choices either. Location was prefect for our family trip just a shame there was a loud noise coming from outside but not sure where from.
