The room was sold as Queen Room with Queen bed, but was in fact basically a double bed and a bathroom with no floor space. Room was nice, but with bed against wall difficult to negotiate. Pleasant surprise the tv had all channels, incl Sky Sports and TNT Sport

Whilst the room is small, it was perfect for one night's stay. Great blackout blinds. Frosted glass walls to the bathroom, so some people may not like these but rest assured you cannot see through! I didnt make use of the hotel's facilities but it all looked very clean. Lifts are in demand and you may wait a while as they are small so not many can fit in with cases. Great customer service upon arrival. Went to drop my card on exit but they called me to a desk, not sure why! Overall, good night sleep and stay. Would stay there again if needed to be in the area.

Hotel is in a great location, staff are very helpful. The rooms are INCREDIBLY small, and the bathroom a little exposed, but perfectly sufficient of all you are doing is sleeping there and using as a base. Reading light and blinds were broken in our room but didn’t prevent us having a great nights sleep - the rooms are soundproof and blackout blinds blocked all light in the morning. Would have liked to have had a mini safe in the room, and a small fridge would also be useful although appreciate the need for space saving.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating—especially with our small children. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, which was convenient. The location of the hotel is excellent, with everything you need nearby, including the train station. They even provide umbrellas, which is a lifesaver with how often it rains in London. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Came here on a whim and had a great stay! The hotel is less than 5 min from Holborn station. Great location because your walking distance to Covent Garden and other places. The wifi was fast and I loved how they brought my luggage up for my from storage when my room was ready. I would definitely stay here again.
