Everything was great except the quality of the bed and mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on bricks and the pillows were extremely thin. The slats made loads of noise when moving around. There was a big dip in the mattress adding to the uncomfort. As the quality was poor I don’t think I would book a z hotel again. I have stayed at similar hotels and their beds have been fine. It’s a shame as it’s a really nice hotel otherwise. I guess it is personal preference as someone else might like what I don’t.

The room was a joke the TV. was nearly as big as the room. The bed was so hard that myself and my husband could not sleep. The doors to the rooms were so heavy that they banged when anyone went in or out.

The hotel was great, clean, well located, and staff was friendly and accessible. The room was small and the fact that it had no window made it seem smaller but it was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to have a shelf where one could store things.

My stay at the Z Hotel Holborn was disappointing and I would not choose to stay here again. I booked a top-tier room, but it was extremely small and offered minimal usable space. The window faced a service alley with garbage bins, resulting in persistent unpleasant odors. The hotel has notable accessibility limitations. Some floors require changing elevators and using stairs, making navigation difficult for guests with mobility concerns. No assistance was offered with luggage. Housekeeping is only provided if requested the day before. This was not clearly communicated, and it was not possible to obtain fresh towels or linens when arriving late. Overall, the small room, poor outlook, accessibility challenges, and limited service made this an unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this property.

We were checked into our hotel by a very pleasant young man. Our room was clean and very quiet. The air conditioning was good.The bed was comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room and we were told free tea and coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was available but we didn’t have any.It was a very good basic room for an overnight stay in London. Good value.

We booked an accessible room as I am a wheelchair user. We got there and they had booked all ground floor rooms. And their elevator was broken. Their solution was to have my husband carry my wheelchair up three stairs. Finally they rebooked us in a smaller hotel farther out from the city in a non accessible room on the first floor.

The hotel was clean, the room although small was very comfortable. The shower was great, only issue was the lack of storage places. Service was great, and the fruit for breakfast was very good. Also, the location is perfect since it has good transportation options as well as it is very close to restaurants, shops and markets!
