Hotel room was clean. They provide every other day room service. It is a good option for the price and the area (right in the middle of London’s West End). Rooms are very small, just enough for a bed and a bathroom. Bed was firm but comfortable. Linings were adequate. As many other reviewers have said: there’s no privacy if you want to go or for taking a shower, the bathroom is frosted glass walls.

I couldn't ask for a better stay , the room was spotless and modern . there was staff on hand 24/7 with a friendly greeting and happy to help . The location was perfect for where i wanted to be in London and would definitely use it again.

Amazing staff

The staff is amazing Ajmal and Malik and the manager from Portugal and the Romanian girl at the cafe were very helpful They always make you feel at home So thank to them and to the management of this hotel for hiring this great staff

Great but horrible wifi

Clean rooms, comfortable with friendly staff. Amazing location, right in the heart of London. My only real complaint is the wifi in the windowless rooms. It was horrible. Next time I'd book a room with a window. It's worth staying here for the price though.
