The Z Victoria is in a great location , very convenient to everything, food shopping and transportation. The room was nice, extremely comfy bed. And the staff was very helpful. The space is small. Things I didn’t care for; no hair dryer, you can’t draw the window shade. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment. I’d stay again.

The room was so small, the shower and toilet is behind barely opaque glass so only suitable for couples who are happy to do their ablutions in front of each other. Whole room vibrates every time a train passes below.

Box like room with no windows upgraded room is smaller Middle of the night toilet started flushing - no phones in the room only in corridor- had to use mobile to call reception to send someone. Will never stay there again

The hotel is a boutique style and very well maintained. Our room was small but for a 1 night stay ideal. Excellent shower room. And Bianca was an excellent host on check-in. My only gripes were: 1/ The TV didn’t work. Not a massive issue but I like to watch BBC news 24 in the early morning and this wasn’t possible. 2/ Nice bed, very comfy but is only accessible on one side; climbing over my wife to get in the bed was quite unexpected. Recommend the hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay when visiting Victoria. But, a working TV then becomes more important, for a longer stay. And, I wonder, do Z offer any larger rooms? Thank you Z. Mr Kennedy, Wallington, Surrey.
