Please, the apartment should be in perfect conditions.
The communications should be effective and direct with the guests not with whoever did the reservation through Expedia. The way they communicated is so inconvenient.
Facility Had just about everything i needed to make my stay memorable and cool.
Instructions and communications was on point.
Will definitely choose to stay here again when next i visit London.

My main concern what that the apartment was not ready for me when I arrived. It had not been cleaned since the previous occupant!

The property was modern with all appliences. Unfortunately the pillows were uncomfortable and the unit smelt dusty. The air conditioner was not working well so the western sun made it hot in the afternoons. The cleaners were good when asked for something.
