Another fantastic stay at the Tudor Court. The hotel is in a great location, with Paddington station and underground a short walk away as well as a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the lobby. Personal attention to my needs included taking my baggage up and down the stairs (I'm a small person) and providing recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was thoughtfully designed to meet every traveler's needs. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff are great but the rooms are not as expected, not enough amenities, no good view, i was checked in in a basement flood with a tiny room with a view of a small terrace that had only doors. You cal literally wash your hand in a sink while sitting on your bed. They changed my room, one of the staff was great and friendly, but even the changed room was nit as i expected or as i saw in the pictures when booking. The view was to the back of some buildings, the shower took ages to heat up, the check out time is 10 am which is not good at all. Overall, i inly liked the staff and location, but i highly doubt i will go back there as there are cheaper hotels for better quality

Everything about this place was perfect! The hotel staff at front desk were so so sweet! Alex was very funny and helpful when we checked-in, despite how tired we were. Pooja was also so sweet to us - they all felt like friends. Room was spotless, location is right next to Paddington station, loved the area. Only thing is that the washroom was tiny! also lots of stairs to go up to our room since we were on the 4th floor so just a heads up for those that would want to avoid stairs.

We met Alex on our arrival and were immediately impressed with his respectful, helpful attitude. He remained professional throughout our stay. The room was clean, adequately resourced but claustrophobically small. It may suffice as an overnighter and for a single client. The bathroom is admirably clean but again suffocatingly small. I would not recommend the room I stayed in to a person weighing more than 80kilos and taller than 1.8 metres.

The hotel is well located close to the Paddington Station. It is so close you can faintly here the Tube coming and going. The staff was very helpful including carrying my luggage to my room on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. The room was tiny but very clean, and the cost was reasonable. I did not have any hot water in the morning around 8:45 am to take a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, I would stay again.

The hotel is in a good location, just minutes away from Paddington train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, with suggestions of what to see and do in London and where to eat. The only slight niggle I had was the size of the room and ensuite, they are rather small, but saying that, for the price can't really complain. For a short London stay it was great.
