Stained bedsheets, shower head came off the wall, hard to get in touch with someone (front desk is open from 12pm to maybe 4pm). No elevators. Nice apartment “hotel” if you’re on a budget, but you get what you paid for.

Decent value for money in London

Value for money was OK and you get what you pay for. Check-in was confusing as we did not receive the instructions via e-mail as we were supposed to, but they staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. Room was very basic but it served it's purpose

Nothing unique The general condition of the room is very below standards. From cleanliness to state of fittings, walls , etc. On top this, there was a leak from the showers of the upstairs rooms leaking through the night and morning. As a professional in the building sector, these facilities are not up to the standard of habitability.

We will most likely not be back. There was no one at reception when we arrived which made our check-in process inconvenient. Even if we were there before 3, we just wanted to drop our bags and head out but we were told to come back at noon to do so. The door handle was falling off when we got there (they did end up fixing it the next day). The room had a bad smell as soon as you walked in and the tv wasn’t working. Also, the room needs a deep clean.

The room floor was filthy like it’s never been cleaned I messaged and the cleaner came with a spray bottle and a dirty mop. I had to wipe with toilet paper after to actually clean the floors. Walls are dirty , needs to be painted and maintained. Nothing like the image, Those were taken at the time of renovation which was totally years ago. Building itself is really dirty and old. The cleaner had the bags of clean laundryon the dirty floor , sheets were touching the dirty carpet

Ground floor room which was handy with large suitcase and with check in process no worry about a late check in. Downside of room was noise from road. Have stayed there many times and not noticed noise from upper floor rooms

Room was as described and all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating even when we had to get a room last minute due to a flight cancellation they had it ready within minutes as well as let us check in early. If you stay in fall or winter or if you luck out and get a room with AC you’re perfect however it can get a bit uncomfortable if you are staying in summer with no AC but that is anywhere you go. Overall I would book this place again in a heartbeat as it’s close to the underground, tesco express is right around the corner and overall it’s a nice area!!

Good location

Location is really good bus and tube only minutes walk away and perfect for the museums Harrods etc. Tesco and other shops very close by. Our check in was slow as we was not sent the instructions via email before we got there but when we did get in staff were very good and helpful.

Overall a little disappointed with the stay, we had booked the deluxe double room and when we got there the room we had was not representative of what was advertised when booking the deluxe double room. Pictures aren’t really true to what was advertised either, understand price is reasonable which is okay. Was not very clean, hair and dirt on the floors/shower/bed. Bed was comfortable though. The AC didn’t really work that well so it was quite uncomfortably warm in the rooms. I will say the staff were lovely and attentive but would not be returning.
