Enter on the raised ground floor into a welcoming hallway. To the left, a compact yet beautifully designed kitchen in soft pink tones is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine - everything you need for a relaxed stay. Opposite, the generous drawing room impresses with high ceilings and tall sash windows, creating a wonderful sense of space. A large sofa, armchair, and elegant dining table make this a perfect spot to unwind after a day in the city.

Continue along the corridor to the calming master bedroom, decorated in powder blue and featuring a super-king bed and built-in wardrobes for convenient storage.

The family bathroom is stylishly tiled and includes a walk-in shower, sink, and loo.

At the rear of the flat, the second bedroom offers a double bed with a clever mezzanine level and an additional single bed above - ideal for a child or extra guest. This room also enjoys direct access to a private patio garden, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
