The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The accessible bathroom was brilliantly spacious with grab rails exactly where they were needed. Definitely somewhere we would stay again.

The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. My daughter and I were just doing a quick 5 day trip and going to see a bunch of West End shows so the location was awesome, the tube and bus are so close even for days we explored it was so convenient. Room is small but it’s clean, modern and innovative how they use the space. We would definitely stay again!

The location was good, staff really nice and the room was good. A few things that would put us off staying again are - having to climb over to get into bed. the sink in the bedroom and not bathroom and it was so hot it was unbearable

Very small room, the sink was in the bedroom and not the bathroom which we strongly disliked and was a huge negative factor. I genuinely wouldn’t stay here again because of this reason. Otherwise the kitchen was well fitted. As it is an old hotel and likely frequented regularly there’s lots of knocks on the furniture. London is incredibly expensive to stay in overnight and this didn’t feel worth it for the price.

Clean room but has a bad odor coming from the bathroom everyday. Left clothes in the hotel and tried to message them to see if they had it in lost and found and was never given a response. Small room and had to climb over my partner to get off the bed but it is expected of London. We would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Beautifully designed. Every space has been used for stage so it’s easy to stay here without feeling like you’re living out of your suitcase. The location is excellent - everything’s at your doorstep. The staff are fun and energetic and know how to make you feel welcome.
