Great location with a few fall backs

The location is excellent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Paddington station and in a new and really nice part of town, by the water front. The staff were professional and helpful. There was an issue with the drain in the room being blocked causing the water to pool when the shower was on, but the staff were straight on to it and fixed it while I was out for the evening. Negatives: The king bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable. The shower was a bit award to get in an out of, since it has a door that slides inwards. I understand this is to work with the small dimensions of the room, but not the most practical solution. Overall - worth it for the location, but it felt a bit style over substance.

10 minute walk to paddington stations. Not easy with luggage. Lifts not always working from paddington to hotel.Property excellent. Airconditioned and many lifts.Need a plug for the sink. Tea towell & dishwashing liquid provided. No instructions for use of dishwasher and microwave/oven. Safe down not eady when from the older generation. Beds comfortable. Staff excellent.

Good Stay, convenient location

Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Close to Paddington station and the Heathrow express train. When we drives our AC didn’t work and the hotel had it fixed in minutes of us reporting it. Really good service

For a four star hotel and for the price I paid for my stay, I expected better quality and service. Never have I stayed in a four star hotel (including an apartment style hotel) where they did not replace the bedsheets and towels. This style of service is fine, if I was paying for a motel. If their Expedia page was transparent I would not have stayed here and instead choose a hotel that actually provides a 4 star quality service.

The property was very clean and convenient location. Was close to the Edgewere road under ground and Paddington station. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. We were staying with our 3 year old so the kitchenette was perfect for making any top meals or lunches to take with us on our days out. Definitely booking with them again!

This area has been regenerated within the past few years. It's very calming. Since this is an Aparthotel, you have a kitchen and microwave, dishes etc. There is a small Tesco (open 24 hrs?) within 5-6 minutes. Edgeware tube station with access to the Circle or the Bakerloo lines (depending with entrance used. Several restaurants and pubs nearby. Easy check in/out, great staff and new building. excellent!

Very modern property located close to Paddington Station. Appreciated the opportunity to check-in early. The staff in the lobby were kind to help answer any questions. Would recommend if you have an early flight to Heathrow or if you want accommodations with kitchenette.

Its location was fantastic in terms of getting to the tube/ buses. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a short trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved having a microwave and dishwasher. And the robes were super soft (best ever). Located super close to Paddington station to hop on the Heathrow Express (5-7 min walking distance). Also close to the canals, which is nice with lots of great restaurants. We had 2 twin beds (I was with a friend) and they were comfortable and soft. Definitely will go back!
