Quiet with Great Beach Access

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Best features are easy beach access, full breakfast, pool, hot tub, outside wind-protected firepit, and free bike use. The property is a bit dated adding to its coast-worn vibe.

We had a great stay at Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center. We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. The front desk staff was very informative and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean. The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with easy access, and there’s plenty of parking available.They also have an elevator — super helpful when you have a lot of luggage to carry. The location is not too far from town, making it easy to explore local spots.Behind the hotel, there’s a cozy mini lounge where you can relax or smoke, and a spacious backyard where kids can run around and play.They also have a pool, although we forgot to check it out.The only thing I wish they had was a working vending machine for quick snacks or drinks, as it wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was great — we would definitely stay here again!

Location is awesome, easy walk to the beach and access to discovery trail, we even utilized the resorts bicycles for a nice ride. Property is in need of updating & repair. Breakfast was limited, if you have food allergies you may consider eating out or bringing foid. On the other hand, coffee was very good, from a local roasting co.
