I am going to install an irragation system and lawn for Clark this spring. The timing will depend on when it is open, weather, and help.
I am currently working on the common grounds east of Lewis & Clark. There is usually 2 people, and depending on weather, working M-F (this is hit or miss). I am adding a fire pit, a shed, lighting, and landscaping. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to message me.
When choosing your dates please do not leave a 1 day space between your dates and someone else's dates. Please contact me for exceptions.
Major Holidays and summer dates are a 4 night minimum. Please contact me for exceptions.
4 people max. Please contact me for exceptions.
If someone wants to come with you and bring an RV there is a hookup available for an additional charge ($75 per night)
The occupancy for this property increases to 6 with 4 people in the house and 2 in the RV. Please communicate with me if this is something you want to do.
This is a pet friendly home with some caveats:
- 2 yrs or older
- 2 dogs max
- 50 lb range (contact me for exceptions)
- Well house trained dogs that are not chewers or droolers
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture
- Unless you are on the beach, all dogs should be on a leash when outside
If these all apply, and are accepted then your dog is welcome. I provide a dog bed(s), dog dishes and a dog washing station outside.
There is a pet fee, per dog/per stay.

- FYI, the screen room has large custom screens that are expensive to replace. They are not claw friendly.
