The hotel was dirty, had to clean the toilet and bathroom on arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful. Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 2 people...no more allowed. Shower hook was broken windows & doors filthy dirty. I wouldn't stay again.

lors de notre du week end du 15 et 16 novembre , nous avons réservé 2 nuits a l hotel eco relais de PAU LONS, nous avons passé 2 jours horribles dans cet hotel . Premièrement : il n y avait pas de poubelle, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas ,la télécommande était endommagée ,le support de douche était cassé ,un trou aussi au niveau du lavabo. Deuxièmement impossible de dormir à cause du bruit dans certaines chambres la première nuit. Et la deuxième nuit, un occupant a déclenché volontairement l alarme incendie à 22 heures donc obligation de sortir et nous avons constaté qu il n y avait pas extincteur donc vous imaginez bien la suite . Hotel horrible , pas du tout recommandable!!!!!!!!!!!! C est sur que le tarif était attrayant mais ce nest pas normal qu il soit sur votre site dans de telles conditions!!!! A FUIR!!!!!!!!! C est inadmissible!!!!! Nous sommes très déçus!!!!! Surtout que c est seulement la deuxième fois seulement que nous réservons sur votre site. Une compensation serait la bienvenue pour nous faire oublier ce lamentable désagrément et pouvoir continuer à réserver sur votre site. En conclusion , nous sommes vraiment dégoutés et il est inconcevable de louer de tel "taudit"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! En èspérant , une réponse de votre part........ Cordialement

Horrible Horrible je vous laisse les photo en témoin ça fait plusieurs message que je fait tous supprimé chambre qui ressemble à une cellule réception qui n'a pas voulu me rembourser ou me changer de chambre car fallait que je repaye alors que j'ai pris l'assurance pour au cas où y'a un problème mais ne prenait pas l'assurance et ne réserver pas cette hôtel il rester qu'un choix de chambre sur les image de la chambre qui rester ça avais l'air pas mal mais en réalité c'est une horreur passer votre chemin et au directeur je voudrais être remboursé de mes de nuit passer qu'on a pas voulu me rembourser la douche et horrible la literie aussi des tache partout le sol avec plainte moisissure horrible avec un bébé et enceinte vraiment c'est horrible j'avais pas l'argent pour réserver un autre hôtel car le réceptionniste a pas voulu me rembourser car venu trop tard soi-disant mais même le lendemain pas possible juste horrible et très déçu

Hotel le plus horrible de ma vie.

On nous a attribué une chambre qui était infestée de punaises des bois. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et cette dernière était insalubre. La lumière principale ne fonctionnait pas, l'une des deux lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas non plus, le rideau de la fenêtre était déchiré et ne pouvait pas être baissé, la douche fuyait jusque dans la chambre, il n'y avait qu'une seul serviette pour deux, la serrure de la porte ne se verrouillait pas et la lunette des toilettes n'était pas fixée.

hotel plus que regretable,je ne comprends pas que vous proposiez des hotels aussi vieux et inssalubres... entrée a ladresse indiqué rien ne fonctionnais,digicode,moyen de paiement,par chance une dame entre,elle me repond que ce mini hotel n'est pas pour des clients qu'il faut que jaille dans le plus grand juste en face,la bas l'accueuil,le petit salon ,salle a manger tres bien.Par compte les chambres sont inssalubres ,comme la salle de bain,seule la literie est correct,je n'ai pas osé soulever les draps pour voir le matelas.hotel des année 1970 au moins.Dégoutée Mme Martin
