Clean room, courteous and helpful staff. My room is small, but big enough for 1, so not a problem, and altho I didn't use them, there are parking and a pool. Recliners around pool for sitting and relaxing are nice. Restaurant has great Mexican food (and American tho I didn't try it). Also short walk to busy part of town/shopping/many clinics.

BED BUGS, FLEAS AND COCKROACHES, AND THE ROOM LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I FOUND AND KILLED A BEDBUG ON THE BED AND THERE WERE FLEAS COMING IN THE ROOM FROM OUTSIDE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR; WHERE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A DOOR JAM, BUT THERE WAS NONE, AND A COCKROACH ON THE BATHROOM WALL NEXT TO THE MIRROR. IT WAS PROBABLY BASICALLY DEAD FROM THE BUG BOMB THAT MADE THE ROOM SMELL SO TERRIBLE THAT I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM BUT THE CLERK SAID THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. I KNOW HE WAS LYING BECAUSE THERE WERE A FEW ROOMS AVAILABLE THAT THE CLERK OFFERED TO THE PERSON CHECKING IN JUST INFRONT OF ME. SO, DO NOT STAY HERE, OR AT THE VERY LEAST, DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 9 OF THE HOTEL'S SECOND BUILDING. I BELIEVE THAT THE CLERK PUT ME IN THE WORST ROOM THEY HAD BECAUSE I BOOKED THE ROOM ON THR INTERNET AT A MUCH LOWER RATE THAN WHAT THEY NORMALLY GET FOR THE ROOM. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE OF DEALING WITH WHAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH. WHEN IT COMES TO THIS HOTEL... EVEN IF YOU GET A GOOD DEAL ON THE INTERNET, IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU WILL GET A GOOD ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. ACTUALLY, IT WILL PROBABLE ASSURE YOU THAT A CLERK WILL TRY TO PUT YOU IN ONE OF THEIR WORST ROOMS.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Don't expect the luxury you have in U.S. hotels, but the rooms and property are clean, the staff is fantastic, and the on-site restaurant and bar is great. Only drawback is there was no heat available in my room. Don't know if other rooms have heat available. Would I stay again? You bet I would.

Room needed a taller toilet, or toliet riser or grab bar for disabled persons. The shower had amazing water pressure, however shower floor was so slippery I almost slipped. Perhaps rinse the shower floors or add a shower mat. Would appreciate a bath mat instead of using a towel on the floor. Beds were ridiculously hard, as were the pillows. Room was small, but ok. Couch was dirty. The staff were very friendly and tried to help in any way they can. I would suggest that the owners replace mattresses and pillows. Definitely overdue for a redo. I appreciate the rides to the dental clinic, but got dinged on the deposit as i had some blood drool on the pillow case. No problem, my drool. Restaurant attached is sub par, however, the cheesecake was perfect! Service was great, drinks even better! Don't book a room around the pool. Smokers, and lots of noise if you are looking for an early night.
