First, let me start by saying when you walk in the door it smells like cigarettes. Then I got the room with the Jacuzzi tub in it and guess what the hot water was not hot. They told me that it would take 15 minutes for it to get hot. It took 3 whole hours for it to get hot. This is not a good place to stay. Then they don't want to refund you your money. Never stay here.

I booked a room here because of the other reviews, don’t do it. The staff is wonderful but the room is gross. The walls looked like they’ve never been cleaned, the bathroom is half way cleaned, the beds have hair in the sheets and burn holes in the blankets. Even the chairs had old crusty food suck to them. Motel 6 would be a better option than this. If you have extra pillow and blankets to put over the bed then do it since it’s a cheaper option, but if not beware.

The property was decent but the sheets had hair tangled in the material. Also there was hair in the jet spa. The bed was so hard and noisy the bead frame was made of metal and when sleeping and you turn around . The bed squeaks so loud. Could not sleep comfortably. Not worth the stay and will NOT RETURN

Front receptionist was rude and accommodating as we were trying to change or cancel reservations. she was refusing & seemed hostile while holding my debit card & ID in hand. Once i left to sit in my car the following owner came over and offered us a different room to stay in.
