I waited 20 minutes to check-in to a fully prepaid room. Then to be told it was handicapped room. The toilet seat was loose, we were sliding when using the restroom. Mattress on bed horrible, we felt the springs while trying to sleep. The floor was wet while showering, the curtain did nothing but, get extremely wet. But, the breakfast was good.
