The sleep pods were clean and comfortable. Provided fresh blankets and pillows and a towel. Parking was a little bit of a worry but about 7 cars can fit in the driveway before blocking someone in. Was a good experience!

Location was awesome, rooms were clean, and communal areas were nice as well!! The parking is a bit weird, and if you park on the street during certain times of night you will get a ticket. Host was excellent at communication and keeping me informed!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

I appreciated their prompt response, and it was a decent budget place for LA, but I couldn't find parking the second night (can’t park your car curbside overnight) . They suggested I park at the mall which is a fair distance in a rough neighborhood. (I grew up around there). If it wasn’t for the parking issue, they would be ok. I ended up booking another room for that night. Ended up being more expensive than a decent room somewhere else being that I had to pay for 2 rooms.

Not a Hotel so not sure why they are advertising as a hotel more like a brothel located in a residential neighborhood. Doesn’t clarify it’s a shared bathroom on the website. Very disappointing didn’t even stay the night.

Clean room, staff and amenities were great! If I can suggest one thing I would say they should have a no cell phone policy while in the pods as I had a roommate who was constantly on their phone talking loud all night while I was trying to get some rest. Thanks!

Parking was less than optimal. I checked in late at night and the entire front parking lot was occupied. I did park there but blocked practically every vehicle and got up early in the morning to move it out to the street. The parking spots are not totally marked and the host does not give clear instructions on what happens if you block someone else. And street parking is also not easy

Hotel staff accommodated a reservation change over the phone, and then notified me via email six hours later (at 9:27 pm) that they had not changed it so I did not make this stay. Their lack of responsiveness via message, phone, and asking Expedia to contact them on my behalf is incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend skipping this place entirely.

you are sleeping in a pod, read the fine print. Feels very unsecure. you'll be lucky to find your room, it's the equivalent to an Escape house. I had to walk around the back and wander around a room under construction to figure out where's my room. This place is a fire hazard for sure!!
