Very comfortable and clean. The staff is great. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was less than a 10 minute Uber ride over to the airport.

Nice, comfortable clean place. However, the lady at the reception during check in was not very customer oriented. Told us there wasn’t availability for a king bed room and just said “if you don’t want another room, then cancel your reservation” Really? On check in night? Plus it was about 1am.

Clean room and friendly staff. On the day that I had to check out their wasn’t a trolly or baggage cart available since they only have 3. Other guest and myself had to make multiple trips to bring our luggage down. This was very inconvenient but the rest of my stay was relaxing and ok.

Rooms had issues, wouldnt be cleaned, staff told me that its there policy to not clean even after the 3 day period and they didnt clean, asked to speak to manager, i was told they will be in Tuesday, its now Thursday evening and have not heard anything yet. washroom light wouldnt turn off for a few nights so couldnt sleep because of it.
