The property’s appearance is great but staff is not helpful , slightly rude . Parking is easy but the paying method is not easy I tried 5 times to pay , made me union an app to get better parking rate , still paid the 27 dollars. I tried it but I won’t be back . It’s sad because it has every potential but just little things are a big thing in a hotel .

I had a great experience with this property and have no complaints at all. For the price I paid, the value was excellent, especially considering the range of amenities included. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, complimentary bag check for guests checking out but flying later in the day, a well-equipped gym, a pool, and more. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Los Angeles. I’d definitely consider staying here again! Highly recommend it for your next trip to LA!

Room we booked was not available when we checked in, the room we ended up getting did not have enough beds for the occupancy we booked for. There was blood on the sheets once we finally did get a room.

the hotel was reallly nice, very clean and has easy parking. I did not like that out of the 2 elevators, 1 has been broken for a while. Guests have to wait long time for the elevators or use the stairs.
