Refused to refund with bloody bed sheets in both of the beds. No shower shampoo, no conditioner, tissue box is empty! It’s a scam don’t come! Reporting it to heath department!

In room phone was broken, couldnt call down to the front desk. Wire for heater qas wrapped around the desk chaor leg, which made the face of the heater pop off when turning on and off. We fixed that. LAUNDRY room no linger in service!! Ad still boats about laundry room on-site. I am visiting from another state and wanted a hotel with laundry so i could do 1 load during our 4-nite stay. Towels need to be upgraded. Housekeepers only stock towels for 1 guest.

Cockroaches all over first assigned room. It was after 1:30 am that we were checking in so because we were so tired we just asked to switch rooms to another far away from the first. 2nd room appeared "okay" then we found one cockroach on AC unit (smashed it) and wrinkled sheets that looked used on the bed with a pubic hair on it. Again, we were exhausted so we blew the hair off, bundled up in our hoodies and kept our clothes on and went to sleep. Woke up in the morning to find very small bugs with wings coming out of the sink's overflow drain. Shower looked condemned - didn't use. Dresser missing half the knobs. The place was one of the top 3 worse motels I've ever stayed at in my 61 years of life. Didn't eat breakfast there because......bugs. Horrible. I would like to get at least a partial refund.

First off, the pictures on line isn’t what your getting. Everything is old and out dated. The A/C unit was very Loud, the bed squeaked every single time you would move plus it was as hard as the floor. Our first room smelled like weed, so they did change us to another room. Sad part was it was a non smoking area and the front desk knew all about it.

My stay was okay. The place was more dingy than the pictures. The only thing I did not like was that the door had a gap in it and when people came to put out their cigarettes which happened to be right outside my door, the smoke smell came in the room. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower and you’re not worried about appearances or faucets creeking then this place is very affordable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.
