Worst hotel I’ve ever been!!!

I requested a non-smoking room but the room I was in was smelling cannabis from the elevator, hallways and inside my room.Housekeeper had to spray a deodorizer but it won’t eliminate the odor.Manager said “they couldn’t stop people from smoking inside their rooms” despite the signs on the walls”SMOKING, VAPING NOR MARIJUANA” I was asking the manager why aren’t they were implementing the regulations but all he could say was “ he couldn’t do anything about it” The TV has to be fixed coz there was no audio, soap dispenser wasn’t working and needed replacement.Then I was transferred to another room coz I couldn’t stand the smell of marijuana inside my room.The room they put me in has no WIFI service.The only time WiFi works is if I get out of my room.No use complaining about this matter coz I didn’t wanna sound like a “ needy guest” But for sure THERE’S NO WAY AM STYAING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN” Not only they violated the California policy of No Smoking in an enclosed establishment but also the manager was rude and doesn’t have respect for their customers.

The place is in need of a major update.Metal frame on bed is awful. Toilet is very low, very poor lighting. Not enough places for 4 persons to plug in phones, 1 wash cloth for 4 people. 2 hand towels. Breakfast is awful...eggs (scrambled egges would be better an omelet with american cheese) and oatmeal cold. Apple juice was water and cranberry juice was syrup.

Property interior has a nice artistic presentation of Southern California local hotel stays. Many guest may be confused to the multiple corridors 2 level entrances . Property is located behind shopping/business plaza parking can be hard to find. Front desk relations were very kind attentive. Continetal breakfast is offered with multiple choices with adequate table space. 91 freeway on ramp only upto 3 miles away. Thank you Expedia :)
