Greetings!!! We are just 12 minutes from Burbank airport, Universal Studios & Dodger Stadium, 10 minutes to L.A.Zoo, Griffith Park & Burbank Equestrian Center. Btw, Don & I are fully vaccinated. This is a 1 bedroom house, fully furnished, turn key in a beautiful 'zen like' oasis surrounding. Huge Patio. Very serene and quiet , Limit 2 Only , queen size bed. If an extra someone shows up. Extra charge would $150pp. Non-smoking inside house but ok to smoke outside, away from the door, at the designated area and no pets, very allergic. We offer Orange or apple juice, Coffee & or tea and a continental breakfast. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. You'll love your stay. Now offering free limo service within 3 miles and to/from Burbank airport within a reasonable time. We have upgraded our shower and filtration system to have Hepa filters(hospital grade) and the highest uv light intensity for cleaner air , that's effective against common household allergens such as pollen, dust mites, viruses, bacteria, mold and fungi. Please refer to the photo section. Hot tub hours are from 10AM to 9PM. Need to reserve ahead of time.

Lovely little cottage

This is a lovely little separate guest cottage on a wonderfully landscaped property. The hosts were super helpful and available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again when visiting our son in the area!

Home like accomodation place

My parter and I love to stay in this place while we are in LA. First owners of this place are kind and friendly and take care of us well. Also, the house was clean and big enough to stay for two people. I still appreciate house owner’s service for us.

21 Days of comfort and relaxation

Beautiful Zen Garden with water feature and tons of Bougainvillea. Easy street parking right outside of security fenced entrance. Very nice decor. Supplied kitchen necessities with extra touches in bathroom like magnifying mirror, facial wipes, etc. Candy dishes filled with chocolate and of course, the daily morning pastries and juice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Beth and Don for welcoming us.

Fantastic oasis in LA

This is without a doubt the best place I have stayed. Don and Beth are gracious hosts and clearly wanted us to have a wonderful vacation. I will definitely stay there again when in LA.

Perfect Getaway!

My partner and I decided to take a trip to LA for our anniversary and it was the perfect, relaxing home for us to stay in! Beth & Don were incredibly kind and even though Hurricane Hilary was active, Beth was still kind enough to bring us breakfast! We felt so safe in their home. On our first day there we had hit DTLA which is always overwhelming to hit such a big city, but as soon as we came back to this home we instantly felt calm. It’s seriously such a beautiful home. Beth & Don also brought us flowers for our anniversary which was such a beautiful thought! We definitely 10/10 recommend to stay at this beautiful home :)

Wonderful stay!

Even with my very late flight arrival in Burbank, Don and Elizabeth were wonderful, and very gracious hosts! The guest house is lovely; beautifully decorated and cleaned. Great communication, and the breakfast pastries (especially the butter croissant!) were terrific. The zen patio in front of the guest house is incredible--I loved the night lighting. The kitchen area is wonderfully stocked with utensils, plates, cutting boards, etc. Don't hesitate to stay here--you can thank me later!

A unique once in a lifetime stay

Our stay at Elizabeth's Touch of Zen was magnificent. To start off, the pictures don't do the place justice as it is 10x better in person. Elizabeth and Don were super friendly, welcoming, and great to talk to. They offered great recommendations and the morning breakfast was fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay, which we heavily appreciate. The place was very clean, spacious, and felt like home. This is probably the first time I have ever stayed at a Vrbo where I felt very comfortable and sad to leave. Elizabeth's Touch of Zen increased our future expectations on how a Vrbo experience should be, and I'm afraid we won't find a stay as good as this one. Thank you Elizabeth and Don!

Perfect place for couples

Don and Elizabeth are fantastic hosts for this really beautiful retreat. Flowers everywhere! Easy parking in a very safe neighborhood. Wonderful French pastries & juice every morning. We will definitely rebook on our next trip to Burbank.

Stayed here to recover from a surgery. It was perfect for what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Beth and Don are great and very nice. A pastry and juice are brought to you every morning. The garden on the patio is very peaceful. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. All in all a great place to stay, especially if you don't want the hustle and bustle of a hotel.

Don and Elizabeth are extremely welcoming and have gone above and beyond our expectations. The accommodation is very comfortable and very clean. It's a great place to relax for a fee days but also a short drive from all the major attractions in LA. We will definitely stay again on our next visit!

What a magical experience!

First impressions are everything! Private, gated house and guest house with a private entertaining area. I felt safe and cozy right away! With extra amenities like the hot tub, full kitchen set up, limo service, and our breakfast (that was brought to us by the one, thee only, Don!) it made the stay extra special! Don was a lovely host with the most and made sure our stay was fun filled and comfortable. If we didn’t have a clue on what to do for the day, Don had amazing suggestions. I highly recommend for a short or long stay. It was nice that we were so close to everything as well! This is the location to maximize your time in SoCal! ♥️

An oasis in the urban jungle

From the moment Don greeted us at the gate until the departure at the same location we felt so welcome. The many thoughtful touches in the ADU were so nice and really made the stay feel like home. It was very hot during our visit and the air conditioning worked great and kept us very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable and the fan provided was perfect. Don greeted us every morning with baked goods and orange juice. It was such a nice touch. They even offered us a much needed cooler to take to the Hollywood Bowl. You could not choose a better place in the L.A. area. You won't be disappointed!
