Location is great for the Valencia & Newhall side of Santa Clarita. Convenient fast food and even grocery stores if needed. Parking can be iffy because there is no security that I could see.

Everything was great, the staff was amazing the amenities were ok. No shampoo or anything but what ruined it for me was when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom I found roaches on two separate occasions.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedframe was a little too squeaky and the elevator sucks. Other than that, everything was great. They had washers, dryers, and a vending machine. Spacious Full kitchen.

Horrible smell, bed squeaked every time you moved, the only electrical outlets in room that worked were the ones attached to lamps. It’s a cheap price for a reason. I will never stay here again.

Room was not ready for me when I arrived at about 5:30pm. Did not have proper shower accommodations even though I booked a handicap accessible room, the room was littered with roaches, and the entire sidewalk area around the building was covered in animal feces. The front desk worker was very compassionate, although there was not much he could do.
