Access code didn't work when we got there after midnight. Not a good feeling. Bathroom door didn't close. Toile paper hanger fell off the hook and never got fixed. And there was an incident with a woman who claimed to be the housekeeper knocking on our door and apparently looking for someone but never answered me what or who she was looking for. And a few seconds later she told someone downstairs she was going to call the police. I messaged the administration team and expressed I felt unsafe. No answer. So, I called them and they said the'll look into that. They did and said everuthing was OK. Appslarently there was an intruder at the door. Overall, the room was big, the bed comfortable and the bathroom cleaned. It was nice to have a full kitchen with a fridge too. We liked the close proximity to the BMO stadium, for we were at LA for a concert there.

I didnt even stay the night. I PAID to get early check in. But my room was dirty and gross. I messaged the property and they said they'd sens staff to clean it. So a lady shows up and starts cleaning it. While she is, she is apologizing that the property is having an issue with squaters breaking in and she had the room clean... I go sit in the common room area. A man comes in to help her and they start talking really loud about these women squaters and cussing about them. I spend about 20 mins in the area when she says its done. I go back in and she goes up to the third floor to clean that room. I close my door to try and get some privacy but i can still hear the man and the woman conversing, they're telling back and forth on different floors. It was all very unprofessional. I tried laying on the bed to work on my computer, when I smelled something really rancid... I smelled the pillows those were fine, the sheets smelled fine, it was the duvet. It smelled so bad there were nats and flies in the corner of the room that kept landing on the blanket, and I started itching and my skin broke out. I did not feel safe with my room having been broken into by squaters and the linens are clearly not cleaned properly. I informed the property and said i wanted some type of refund as i didnt feel safe staying there. They said they would inform the property manager and get back to me... they asked me a couple more questions about the stay and then ghosted me. Do not stay here!!!
The sheets were dirty apparently from a squatter sleeping in it.

Do not stay there. The area is terrible, annoying car parking, room looks nothing like the photos, small beds and dirty. And my bathroom door was stuck locked so I packed up and booked somewhere else.

I stayed for 3 days at 615 1/2 room # 2 on the 2nd floor with detached private restroom. The place is nice, but it was very dirty, the floors were full of dust, it looked like they haven't cleaned the floors in a while, the blankets smelled so bad like armpit plus the pillows, no towels provided. The water pressure for the shower was extremely low, and it took a long time for the water to get hot. Also, while cooking, the fire alarm went off multiple times even though i was only boiling water to make noodles. The parking is terrible, its first come first serve but even so i was told by some guy that blocked me off that "I took his parking" I would not recommend.

Though the room wasn't ready for 30 minutes, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really liked the style of the rooms and the joint room was nice and spacious. There wasn't a trash can in the room but we had our own little trash bag so that was fine. Also, there weren't any paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen. It was nice having a lot of space in the closet but a few more hangers would be really nice. I also don't think my bedroom sheets were washed because there were body oil stains on the sheets along with body glitter and they didn't smell very good. My throw blanket was also really dirty. Neither of us slept really well because there was a very loud and profane argument right outside the balcony window and the hotel staff had a lot to deal with in that regard. Overall, it was a great location to stay and we felt at home.

I stayed here with four other friends during a trip to LA, the rooms do look nice, but they were a lot of issues all throughout the experience. For starters we had 3 rooms, two of the three rooms had bathroom problems, and after asking for them to be address they were not, we still were missing soap and the drains were still clogged. On our first night sleeping there, three people kept us up until 3:00 a.m. shouting and being loud, the couple next door was fighting and ended up kicking out the significant other. After getting what felt like no sleep we were woken up at 7:30 to a person right under our room honking over and over and over again, it turns out that due to limited parking someone had blocked us into the hostel. We spent the next two hours trying to figure out who it was, only to be met with a threatening woman who to explain that she wanted to fight us and how if we knocked on her door we would have to pay her for it the room. But after 2 hours we found the person and sure enough they were hungover. That was the end of the first night we thought it couldn't get any worse, we have a video from the second night where this couple was screaming at each other, and another person eventually tried to call them down which led to a physical altercation THAT ONCE AGAIN HAPPENED AT 3 AM!! AND EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THE MANAGER NONE OF OUR PROBLEMS WERE EVER ADDRESSED

The worst place that I’ve paid to stay in since my early 20s. We decided to stay here because of its relative proximity to USC. My wife and I traveled separately. She arrived first to find the front door of the facility wide open. There was supposed to be a code to allow for entry. Her Uber driver warned her not to walk by herself in this dangerous neighborhood, and she went to sleep without dinner. My own flight didn’t get in until after midnight. I rented a car from the airport and arrived at the facility and began looking for parking. I drove around a half mile radius looking for somewhere to park in vain for an hour and a half. In the adjacent streets people were double parked in the middle of the road. The only signs of life I saw were a handful of homeless people. Finally, I just parked in the driveway of the facility beside the No Parking sign I pulled up the code for the door given to me but realized that it wasn’t necessary. The door pushed open and didn’t lock at all. There was someone sprawled out asleep in the common area. I couldn’t be sure if it was a guest or a homeless person. I was able to enter my own room with the code. I reported by text my parking concerns to the management, worried that I would be towed, as well as my concerns about security. They were quickly responsive about the parking but seemingly had no concerns or apologies about the security situation. My wife and I decided that we would not stay here for the remainder of our reservation.

Clean & Great for my weekend stay! Was in town for a bodybuilding competition, and this was just minutes from the LA convention center which is where I needed to be during most of the days I spent in LA. I really appreciated the staff that went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. They even offered to store my luggage so I didn’t have to deal with packing day of my comp which was the day I was scheduled to check out. Communication was quick the one time I had a question regarding the room which is something I didn’t expect being it was a self-check in establishment and the only staff I saw were the housekeepers which by the way work super hard to keep the place clean each day. Thank you for making my visit to LA super smooth and easy and most of all, affordable. 🙏
