I love this place and I stay here with my family every months or two for a week. We have had great experiences but this time it has been not so good. The person who replaced Bonnie at night Shamir I think is his name, was very short and not very friendly. He also said that he would waive my microwave addition to the room fee and then went ahead and charged me 20$ a night to he taken out of the credit card on file for deposits. I asked

Ithe hotel is dated. There were no USB ports anywhere. The worst hotel I stayed in China at least had USB ports in the rooms. The stall were friendly. BUT, when I checked in I told him I email requested a handicap room. Please educate him that he's in the hospitality business. If a guest says their disabled. Don't put them in the room the farthest to the elevator. That was compounding when twice, after walking to 686. My key would not work..walking two and fro 9 times since check in. 6 of those were key malfunction. 1. Walk to room key malfunction 2. Walk back to get key replaced 3 walk back to room. 4 walk to car 5 Walk back to room. Key malfunction again. 6 walk to front desk to replace room key 7 walk back to room. I barely made back to the room last night. I nearly passed out in the hall. A little training is in order..

Great location. Easy to walk to downtown. Bed was probably the most comfortable I’d ever slept in a hotel. Decor in hotel was unique….even a camel in the lobby!! And art and cool things to look at. Coffee in the morning at reception was really good.

There was only one outlet for a two bed room. The tiles in the bathroom were coming up. There looked like what appeared to be blood on the side of the nightstand. Stained bedding.

The moment I came in front desk personal are so friendly, very helpful and kind!!! Easy check in and fast! My room was very clean and had all the essentials!!! I love the way is decorated and the music is amazing!!! They have nice and cold water by the front and if you forget something they have a machine!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!
