I chose this hotel because of the pool option and i had time to relax on saturday. But they do a kids swimming class till 1 pm and we were told by one of the swim teachers, they would need us to stay at one end of the pool where the steps were, while mind you the kids would float into or swim off the stairs. Hotel is great pool time for guests on a saturday not so much.

We didn’t feel welcomed during our stay. The evening receptionist appeared very serious and didn’t smile, which gave off an uninviting atmosphere. It honestly felt like I was being pulled over by CHP on the highway when I handed him my ID during check-in. We also noticed that housekeeping wasn't done daily. After our first night, the shower gel bottle was empty, so I called the front desk to request fresh towels, a refill of the shower gel, and a new roll of toilet paper. When we returned later that day, nothing had been delivered. I called again, and the same receptionist told us we needed to come downstairs to pick them up. There was already a line of guests waiting for similar reasons. I felt bad for the receptionist—he seemed overwhelmed and unsure of where items were stored, having to search around for each request.

All of the staff were very nice and knowledgeable! The wheelchair accessible room was great! Very roomy and the walk in shower was very accessible! This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it!

Overall the stay was great.. although we were not able to swim in the indoor pool on sunday due to a British toddlers swim school being held. I was addressed by the swim instructor as soon as i walking inside the door that we could get in the pool but we had to stay on the stairs because of the swim class... very disappointing ! My 12yr old was looking forward to swimming the entire trip. We were in the pool less than 10min the looks from the parent's of the swimming toddlers and the toddlers inability to focusing on the instructors made me very uncomfortable as if we were not supposed to be there it was clear they wanted us out of the pool. I did reach out to the front desk Rene was nice he said we could swim in the pool it was ok. It was not ok. I am old enough to know how the read a room. We were paid guest of the hotel but we were not welcomed in the pool. The main reason we book your hotel was the indoor pool. ☹️

Hotel was clean, quiet and in a good location to attend the K pop concert. The hotel was sold out. Still great service. Wish Happy Hour was better. Room was immaculate. Felt safe. The only thing that was a bummer is because it was so crowded, breakfast items ran out. They tried to keep up but weren’t prepared for so many people I love the hot cocoa and coffee that is available 24/7.

We were disappointed. Rooms needed repairs. Wallpaper coming bubbled up on walls, plugs would hold our chargers for h th e phones, bathroom mirror was showing age. Shower had a white haze. Staff wasn’t friendly. Evening shift gave me a hard time making me prove who I was as I didn’t realize that my Expedia acct is under my email that is actually my divorced name and despite saying I could verify information she had me looking for stuff in my phone identifying myself. I finally find something that has both email address showing former and current name and she says I’ll allow it this one time. Hello , I’m traveling from the east coast and because I booked third party we have an issue at midnight? I get the security about it but I was able to show her the email address from my email, another reservation that showed I had two different logins under both names and your going to “allow” me this one time. I won’t be staying there again. Not worth the money. Oh and when I asked how we get to the parking she said oh you want to park your car? Great after thought. You asked the guy in front of me but not me.
