Stay wasn't bad

Upon checking in, we were caught off guard by the security deposit that $30 a day parking comes out of. The rest is refunded after checkout. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had an issue with the room's nightstand outlet not working to charge our phones and the front desk staff moved swiftly with placing us in another room. The room attendants were very nice and helpful with supplying linen when requested. There were no bathroom fans or overhead sink lighting in either rooms but the hot water and pressure worked great. The breakfast was also good for the most part.

Check in personnel was not friendly, did not explain housekeeping requirements (must request 24 hours in advance), not breakfast hours. When I requested housekeeping for next day, I was assured it would be done. Came back to a room where no housekeeping had been done. Front desk was dismissive of the error.

We had small issues such as the refrigerator was turned off, so the ice melted and the water leaked all over. The toilet holder was broken. Otherwise, all is well. Great area, clean and is closed to the airport.
