he hotel rooms are clean and nicely equipped, which makes for a pleasant first impression. However, the building itself is quite noisy, and sound travels easily between rooms and hallways.
What was truly unacceptable, though, was the situation during the usual checkout time in the morning: no one was present at the reception for over an hour. Guests lined up and waited without any information or assistance. While the breakfast staff did their best to help, an unattended reception during peak checkout hours is simply not acceptable for any hotel.
Breakfast is adequate but on the lower end, both in variety and quality.
Overall, the room comfort is overshadowed by poor service organization and the lack of proper staffing (which might have been an unfortunate exception at that day).
