Check in was great. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Shower needed a refresh and the noise in the hall could be heard in the room. The lobby is beautiful and amenities are all good.
The room was great. There was just a strange smell in the bathroom when I first arrived. It was the first time I had a need and used mailroom services to accept a couple of packages as I traveled; everything went very well - received my packages in good condition and was able to retrieve them from the staff with minimal effort. Digital check-in and check-out worked seamlessly. In-room food service was quick, delicious, and piping hot. I felt relaxed and well cared for.
It’s clear owners don’t care about timely reinvestment into necessary renovations. It’s hard to believe this is what the Hilton brand has become. I had a similar issue in Hawaii. They just don’t care. Their staff is the best thing going for them right now.
My stay was great. This hotel stays very busy. What I loved was there were great food options right in the hotel. Starbucks as well. The Bistro is open 24/7 which was great. They also have text service that checks on with you everyday. This is an option you can decline it. Room service respond quickly which was teally nice. Hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
