I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience. The room itself was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the bedding, including the pillows, did not provide much support. After a long day of traveling, this was especially disappointing.
Additionally, the walls were not soundproof at all. We could clearly hear people talking and moving around in neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to fully rest.
The pool area was very bare and uninviting, lacking the comfort or atmosphere you’d hope for, especially when traveling with children. The breakfast was average at best, eggs, potatoes, and sausage that appeared to be pre-packaged. A more freshly prepared, in-house option would have been a nice improvement. That said, the coffee was great.
Overall, this stay was disappointing, even for my children, who normally don’t complain. While there were some positives, the lack of comfort and overall experience fell short of expectations.
