Poor experience

I booked a room for 4 adults and 1 kid. 1 room 2 queen beds. As soon as we got there at 2:50 pm they notified us that they did not have a room with 2 queen beds. They gave us a 1 bed and a pullout sofa that was very uncomfortable. We called room service because the sofa had hair all over. The restroom had dirty floors and dirty shower towels.
