Hello. The property is nice but i have a few issues. First you have to valet park and that is 35.00 and that is not mentioned at all when you reserve the room. No park on property or close by. The second thing was the room was clean. I always clean my room and my wipes ae not dirty at all, but the floor was very nasty. The carpet really needed to be shampooed. It was very large dirt circles. I have pictures.

The bed was uncomfortable. The valet parking was a pain. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet you should put out real forks and spoons. Eating with plastic forks is difficult and tacky

This was our second stay. The first stay we had in 2024 my family and I had such a positive experience that we decided to stay here again. What a difference a year makes. This time I would describe our stay as ok/adequate. The room wasn’t as clean. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. We had to request on our fourth day for housekeeping at the front desk because no one had come to clean our room. The complimentary breakfast was also a disaster. Never enough food or plates. Also, the trash in the buffet area was always overflowing. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

I had stayed on several home 2 suites and this is the first time that I get charge For valet parking and there was no option of self parking not only you get charge bet the valet parking guys will wait for their tip. And if I don’t check my receipt I would’ve been charge twice.
