Gross and overpriced

Toilet didn’t flush properly, room was dirty, drinks at the bar were awful and extremely overpriced. 20% gratuities were automatically charged and then they still expected another tip on top of the other. Pool was disgusting and someone went to the bathroom in the pool. Bars didn’t have anything to make very basic drinks and they also were charging $500 a day for a cabana with no amenities or wait service etc. Place is very overpriced and very dated. Horrible place and won’t return .

Only thing that was stupid was, the area between the handicapped parking stalls was used for construction materials. Very Rude. And the toilet paper dispenser is mounted 18+inches behind the toilet. Very inconvenient. Otherwise totally bitchen.

Not my type of 4 star hotel

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from comfortable. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a musty, damp odor reminiscent of wet cloth. The bathroom had multiple issues: the shower leaked from both the top and bottom, and the walls showed visible cracks from poor repair work. The wood flooring throughout the room was uneven and showed clear signs of previous water damage. The wooden table was also warped and stained from moisture exposure. Outside the room, things didn’t improve. Flies constantly swarmed the walkway just outside my door, making it unpleasant to come and go. The pool area was severely overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy. And while the room offered a decent view, the smell of sewage lingering in the outdoor air completely overshadowed it. Overall, the condition of the facilities and environment made the experience disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. ***didn’t let me add pictures to my rating for some reason.
