Worst hotel experience of my adult life. I have traveled all over the world including third world countries and this was the worst. First there was no television at due to them "upgrading their system.". The water out of the faucets literally dripped out. Brushing teeth or shaving was a nightmare. Showering was impossible. It took one hour to fill up a bathtub the size of a kitchen sink. Carpets were old and dingy and there was a prevailing smell that permeated the room. Would recommend staying far away from this establishment.

The non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. I asked the front desk to give me another room and he allowed me to pick out a room that didn't smell as bad.

We have stayed at this HJ on prior visits to LA and have always been satisfied with the average condition of this hotel. On this visit we were greeted by an establisment in a serious state of decline, the furniture is all well worn, thread bare and dated. The carpeting, in rooms that actually had carpet, is shaggy, dirty and badly deteriorated. The staff, however, is friendly, efficient and seem very much interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible given what they have to work with. I'm afraid that this will be our last visit to this HJ.

I was not expecting the four seasons, however the hotel was very dirty. The room had stains all over it. It was filthy. There were stacks of mattresses in the parking lot. The staff was kind and friendly which was nice, but at nearly $400 a night there are certain standards you hope for. I will not stay there again.
Mattresses in the parking lot. Apparently they are changed out every year, but these looked like they had been there a long time. Our beds were very lumpy and old.

This place is low-quality. The water pressure is extremely low and there is a rotten smell that comes from the drain after your first shower. The pool is a joke. It’s tiny and dirty. The breakfast is not worth considering, unless you’re a huge fan of chicken and shrimp cup of noodles.

You can call this property value for money. In comparison, this is one of the cheapest in the area with everything available unless you are looking for luxurious stay. Initial impression may not be good. Reception area is average. Gave overall rating of 4 due to certain things that are not pleasing. Small Laundry room is right in front of the elevator and has when you see extremely dirty towels lying on the floor, you feel little icky since basically we clean our bodies with the same towels. Parking is another area due ti limited number of spaces available and very tight space to reverse, Breakfast is less than average but that's everywhere of hotels of this cost/rating. Staff is helpful and efficient. You will find everything of need though if you are staying for having a peacful and comfortable time. Roon was cleaned and was cleaned very well everyday. Located close to many food options and highways. Had a comfortable stay overall!

We strictly stayed there to sleep… it’s extremely dated and old , but the bed was very comfortable and rooms cleaned and place was quiet…. We got a great night sleep… but think it’s time for them to replace the carpet, repair drywall and paint.
